Bala M  Founder & Director

Bala is the founder of UniqueHire and having 2 decades of IT industry experience in both Contract staffing and Corporate Hiring . He has provided the vision and leadership that facilitated the successful establishment of UniqueHire as a leading staffing company.

Before founding UniqueHIre, He worked with ATTRA, iGATE and IBM.

He focuses on addressing difficult business challenges, implementing best practices and policies. He is very passionate about recruitment and his aim to bridge the skill gap in IT Industry having experience in both corporate as well staffing through tailored method of Upskilling from vanilla skills to Niche skills.

Under his dynamic leadership Uniquehire is grown from 4 members team to 500 employee company in span of 3 years and helping Uniquehire to transform staffing to IT Services company. In his spare time, Bala enjoys his 4×4 wheel drives to unexplored areas of nature and temples,

playing badminton and spending time with his family.

Vamshi Krishna Co-Founder & Director

Vamshi’s extensive background in IT consulting and leadership has significantly enriched Uniquehire, enhancing both its strategic direction and operational efficiency. His deep expertise spans across various facets of information technology and management, making him a pivotal figure in the company’s growth trajectory.

Prabhu  Co-Founder & Director

Prabhu is the co-founder & Director of Uniquehire. He is the key contributor in the successful establishment of Uniquehire as one of the leading IT consulting & services company.

A results driven, self-motivated with a proven ability to develop and strengthen team in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency.

Strong credentials in engaging with client management to understand their business challenges.

During his career of 22 years, Prabhu has worked with staffing companies Like OneApps Enterprise Technologies, Klaus IT Solutions, VLS & TQuanta Technologies.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bangalore university.

Prabhu is passionate about recruitment & his core strength is delivery, client relationship, managing the P&L and operations.

Rajesh Kaidam  Co-Founder & Director

Rajesh Kaidam is a Result-oriented Recruitment Leader with over 15 years’ experience across IT Services, Product Development, IT Staffing & Start-up hiring, Rajesh is a Responsible for Strategizing and driving Talent Acquisition. He has played a pivotal role in establishing, scaling, and spearheading the growth of the contracting functions across all Geographies (North America/UK/Europe & APAC).

Rajesh has received several accomplishments from different stack holders and Customers. He believes Quality & TAT plays vital role in Talent Acquisition.

Rajesh is passionate about Talent Acquisition, Talent transformation, Talent Technology, Human Resources, Digital Recruitment, cutting edge technologies, setting up operations for start-ups and making big, Equity investments and Finance and he loves to maintain work-life balance, traveling with family and help to orphanages on special days in his life.
